New features
- Customize section - We’ve introduced one new theme in the Customize section, providing more ways to personalize your publications. Each theme comes now with an updated Look and Feel section, allowing you to adjust the transparency of the menu bar and overlays, add a background image, or apply a gradient—depending on your chosen theme. Additionally, the Interactive Features panel has been refreshed with a new design for a more seamless experience.
- View in catalog. When accessing a product description page from the search feature, you’ll now see a "View in Catalog" option. Click it to go directly to the catalog page where the product is listed for a smoother browsing experience.
- Soft Delete for Publications. Users can now soft delete a publication, marking it as deleted instead of permanently removing it. A confirmation message will appear, explaining that the publication can be restored within 7 days if needed. This ensures better control and recovery options for deleted content.
- Digital Catalogue CMS now available in Spanish. Along with English, you can now choose between two languages to navigate and manage your content.
- New Compliance section in My account where you can manage legal and privacy essentials for your business and publications.
- Compliance section and Terms Display in Publications. A new Compliance Section has been added, displaying two sets of terms and conditions in publications:
1. Digital-Catalogue Terms: Clarifies that we are not responsible for the materials published by vendors.
2. Vendor Terms: Outlines the vendor’s responsibility and terms towards their end-users (customers).
Improvements
- Media Library - update system to provide greater flexibility in organizing your files. You can freely move files or rename folders without affecting how they appear in your publication. Additionally, you can upload entire folders, not just individual files, making file management even more efficient.
- Media Library - Size Limit Alerts - We’ve introduced size limits for file uploads in the Media Library. Each file type now has a predefined size limit. Alerts will notify you if a file exceeds the allowed size, ensuring better performance and smoother media management.
- Simultaneous Publishing for Brochure and Data Source. When publishing a brochure that is linked to a Data Source (in draft or newer draft status), users will now be prompted to publish both simultaneously. This applies to both immediate publishing and scheduled publishing, ensuring consistency and reducing the risk of outdated data.
- Sorting Options for Related Publications - in the Customize section of your publication you can now sort Related Publications Alphabetically or by Date, with the option to display results in Ascending or Descending order. This update provides more control over how related content is organized and displayed.
- Add product by hand - in the Content section, when adding product details by hand you can now add or edit a product using a popup that includes all available fields from the mapping, not just those marked as basic view.
- HTML Tags Activation in Product Information. We’ve enabled the use of HTML tags in product information within the Data Source. This includes input fields such as title and description, allowing you to apply formatting like new lines, bold, underline, bullets, and more. This update provides greater flexibility for styling product content.
- License Renaming and Plan Updates. We’ve updated the names of our license plans to better reflect their features and benefits:
- DESIGN is now called Advanced
- SELL is now called PRO
This change is aimed at aligning the plan names with the value they provide and supporting future improvements. Rest assured, no existing features will be lost, and some lower-tier plans will even gain additional features, offering more value to your subscription. Find addition details in our pricing page.
- START License Update. The START license has been updated to include Basic Ecommerce features. This update enhances the capabilities of the START plan, providing more value and flexibility for your needs. Find addition details in our pricing page.
Bug Fixes
- Whitespaces in SKU. We’ve improved the handling of extra whitespaces in the SKU values (or any column containing numbers) in the Data Source, ensuring that such spaces no longer cause errors in the editor or preview.
