How to build a Shoppable Campaign Page

Turn your product inventory into engaging shopping experiences. Create multi-page campaigns with eye-catching banners and organized product sections that make it easy for buyers to discover, browse, and shop your products.

A Shoppable Campaign Page requires product information, including product details and images. You can import this data using a CSV feed file or add it manually directly in the platform.

Pick this option if you have a large product range and want customers to browse, search, and shop your products.

Follow the steps below to create your first Shoppable Campaign Page:

Step 1. Add your data source
First, make sure your product data is available in the CMS. You can add a Data Source using a CSV/feed file or add your products manually. For more details, check our tutorial on How to create or upload your Data Source.

Step 2. Click the Add button in your publication list.

Then, follow the steps shown in the platform.

Click Create campaign page on the Shoppable Campaign Page card.

A prompt will appear informing you that you need to add your products as part of creating the campaign. You can import a file or add products manually. This step is required and cannot be skipped. Features such as Buying & Quoting, Sales Agent, and Recommendations can be configured later.

Step 3. Click on Create campaign to continue.

Step 4. Connect your Data Source

After clicking Create campaign you will be redirected to the Products section, where you can connect your Data Source (product feed).

Step 5. Create your campaign pages

This is where you build the pages that organize your products into different sections or categories.

I. Add a page title

Add a Page Title to name your page. This title will appear as the chapter name in your publication’s table of contents. Adding a title is optional, but recommended for easier navigation.

II. Add a banner

Make your page more engaging with a promotional banner.

In the Banner section:

  • Upload an image from your Media Library.
  • Add a title and description to display on the banner (optional).
  • Upload separate desktop and mobile images to provide the best experience on each device.
  • Choose how the image is displayed:
    • Fit – displays the entire image without cropping.
    • Fill – fills the available space and may crop part of the image.

III. Add products

Use the Products section to create a product section on your page.

You can add a section title and description, then choose which products to display.

Create custom product subsets using filters such as Category, Product ID or Price range.

You can either start with an empty list and define rules to include specific products, or start with your full product data and remove the products you don't need.

How product filters work

When creating a product subset, you can choose between Match all conditions and Match any conditions.

Match all conditions (AND logic)
A product must meet every condition you set to be included.

For example:

  • Category = “Shoes”
  • Price < 100

Only shoes priced under 100 will be included.

Match any conditions (OR logic)
A product only needs to meet one of the conditions to be included.

For example:

  • Category = “Shoes”
  • Price < 100

This includes all shoes, plus any other products priced under 100, even if they aren't shoes.

In short:

  • Match all = stricter filtering, with fewer and more specific products.
  • Match any = broader filtering, with more products.

Make sure you save your changes.

Build your page your way

Add as many banners and product sections as you need. You can easily change their order by dragging and dropping the corresponding items in the list.

You can also create as many pages as you need, giving you complete flexibility to organize your campaign and products. Just click on the + add page tab.
